I fell in love with Property Management in 2006 and have lived in the Pacific Northwest for 47. I have a vast amount of experience in residential and multi-housing property management. I have had the opportunity to have managed large tax credit properties, HUD Housing, mobile home parks, and private residential homes and large housing facilities. I am also certified in tax credit properties. This experience has offered me the opportunity to have a well-rounded understanding and knowledge of the housing industry and needs.

My commitment to owners is always to communicate effectively and in a professional manner. My enthusiasm and passion for Property Management is evident in my communication with you. As a proud member of the Windermere Property Management NW team, I work hard to always communicate and allow for feedback from my owners and stay abreast on the housing market. With my vast knowledge in construction and preventative/building maintenance, I strive to always protect the assets in which owners have placed confidence with me in. Each owner just as each property has individual needs and my job is to understand this through effective communication to allow me to do the best job in taking care of your assets.
