Brenda M. Hamlin

With more than 40 years of experience in the property management industry, I have dedicated my career to building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client service, and creating long-term value for property owners and community associations. Since beginning my career in 1985, I have held virtually every operational role within the industry, including Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Onsite Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Executive Leadership. This hands-on experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of every facet of property management and the expertise to lead our organization from both a strategic and operational perspective.

As President and Owner of Windermere Property Management NW and NW Management Group LLC, I provide the vision and leadership that guide our organizations' continued growth and success. I oversee company operations, strategic planning, business development, financial performance, and client relations while working closely with our exceptional team to ensure every community and property we serve receives the highest level of professional management. My leadership philosophy is founded on integrity, accountability, innovation, and open communication. I firmly believe that successful property management is built on trust, transparency, and lasting relationships with our clients, homeowners, tenants, and business partners.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led our company through decades of industry growth, legislative changes, and evolving client expectations while maintaining an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and customer service. I am passionate about developing efficient systems, embracing new technology, mentoring future industry leaders, and continuously improving the services we provide. My goal has always been to create an organization known for professionalism, responsiveness, accuracy, and exceptional client care.

My commitment to leadership extends beyond the workplace. I have proudly served two consecutive terms on my homeowners association Board of Directors, providing valuable insight into community governance from both the homeowner's and management perspectives. I have also supported my local community through volunteer leadership roles with youth athletics and currently serve as President of the Arlington Eagles RC Flyers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting aviation education, safety, and community involvement.

When I'm away from the office, I enjoy golfing, flying radio-controlled aircraft, and spending quality time with my family. Whether on the golf course, at the flying field, or making memories with my children and grandchild, I value the importance of maintaining balance and investing in the relationships that matter most. Those same values—commitment, integrity, respect, and service—continue to shape the way I lead our company and serve our clients every day.
